A lot of people at some point in their lives feel the need to visit a lot of places at once, or to travel the world. On such a trip, it is important that you experience as wide a range of cultures, and histories as possible. In order to do this, visiting some of the great wonders of the world, natural and unnatural, is a good place to start. There are a number of different locations which qualify as a wonder of ancient man’s accomplishments, many of which defy your expectations about what such primitive peoples should be capable of.  There are also a number of must-see natural phenomena which should also be experienced, such as the northern lights, and the geysers created by volcanoes, and the active volcanoes which can be safely viewed. Seeing some of the accomplishments of man, like the pyramids of ancient Egypt, and those of the Aztec’s, can give you a greater understanding of the history of the planet, is a great thing to aim for on a trip to travel around the world.
