Planning a wedding can be very exciting but you may also worry about planning the big day and knowing what you need to do. As we approach spring, there will be a number of wedding events popping up all over the UK, ranging from the big national ones that you may find at the large arenas in the cities through to the smaller ones at your local pub / restaurant or hotel. It is a good idea to go to as many different events as you can so you get a feel for what is on offer and what type of day you may want to have. Often once you have visited a few, you will start to be able to work out what is important for you to have on your big day and what isn’t. Looking through wedding magazines is another way to get inspiration or even watching reality shows which involve planning weddings.
At these events, you will often have companies that allow you to hire equipment from them for use on your special day. This may include photo booths and props, light up signs and dance floors and sweet carts etc. All of these little extras can really help you to personalise your wedding and make it a day to remember.
