Planning a wedding can actually be quite stressful and often many people worry about who they should or shouldn’t invite. If you want to keep the costs down then you have two big choices to make. Either you have a traditional wedding day with a sit down meal, and evening do, in which case you will be very limited on the guests. Or you skip the sit down meal, get married in the afternoon and go straight on to an evening do allowing you to invite many more people for the same amount of money.

Another alternative is to get married abroad. Many countries offer weddings cheaper than they are in the UK and with the added bonus of being in the sun on a beach, it is easy to see why couples often opt for this choice. If you get married abroad then the chances are you will not have as many people come as they cannot get the time of work or afford the hotels / flights etc. If you do not mind having a smaller wedding then this could be perfect for you. If you want a day with all your friends and family around you then the afternoon wedding and evening party may be best suited.
