Honeymoons are a great way to get away from all the chaos of organising a wedding. It is the perfect time to relax and enjoy time as a newly wed couple.
Many couples are now starting to look for more thrill-seeking honeymoon holidays than what a traditional honeymoon can offer. Some couples realise that they would rather spend their honeymoon doing extreme activities together that they both enjoy than being on a sandy beach lapping up the sun. With many couples spending in excess of £5000 on a honeymoon, it makes sense to do something you are both going to enjoy and make take happy memories from, after all that is what a honeymoon is all about.
You may want to consider activities such as scuba diving, pony trekking, skiing and rock climbing. And if you really can’t decide, you may need to do a mixture. Although this may not give you much time to talk and may mean that much of your holiday is spent within a group rather than alone, many couples would rather spend the day doing these types of activities and still have the evening together to chat over a glass of prosecco.
