For many couples, their wedding day and honeymoon fly by so quickly after maybe years of careful planning. Photographs of the happy day will be available to be poured over either digitally or in a wedding album but what sort of memories can be made and kept from the honeymoon?

Making a digital photograph album of the whole honeymoon should definitely be at the top of the list. The images can then be taken from that and printed off to be put in a frame or enlarged for a wall canvas.

Another idea to keep those honeymoon memories alive is to create a memory box. This box can be as simple as a shoebox or perhaps a wooden box decorated with images from the holiday. Mementoes from the honeymoon could include tickets for attractions you have visited, menus or paper napkins from favourite restaurants and small shells and pebbles collected on romantic strolls along the beach.

A more novel idea is to display a map of the country you chose for your honeymoon with markers showing places visited. This is especially good if you were touring around a country and visited lots of different areas. A photo collage could be used as a background to the map showing images of the happy couple in each location.
