Hen parties, like many celebrations, are becoming more and more elaborate with many groups choosing to go abroad for a one or two week holiday. There are some popular destinations amongst stag and hen party goers and these include Magaluf, Greece, Ibiza and Amsterdam.

When planning a trip abroad with friends you need to consider quite a few important points prior to booking anything. Would all the people that the bride wants on her hen be able to afford the holiday and get the time off work? There is no point in going away for a week when the hen has not got her nearest and dearest girl friends close by.

If you are happy that everyone is available to go, ensure that the whole party has valid passports to travel. People often forget to check this until the last minute when it is either too late or very costly to obtain one.
